These are our bottled wines, the area’s most important DOC and DOCG wines.
Nebbiolo e Barolo
These are the noble wines of the Langhe, the grand red wines that accompany the more important meals.
Nebbiolo is aged for six months in large oak barrels, and then placed in smaller used barriques barrels.
Barolo, however, is one of the last wines to be produced and the first vintage will be available from 2018.
One of the classic wines found in Piedmont’s farming culture. Barbera is characterized by a marked acidity, a good body and a more complex bouquet. Despite its farming origin, it is increasingly being considered a refined wine.
